2014 Jayhawk Swim Camp

May 26th - May 31st, 2014
Ages: 9 yrs. through HS Senior
Camp Tuition:
Overnight - $615
Day - $515
Water Sessions Only - $310

Check In: 4:00 - 6:00 PM May 26th at Naismith Hall
Check Out: Noon on May 31st at Naismith Hall

Facilities: Robinson Natatorium (2 pools: 8 lanes x 25 m, 6 lane x 25 y and dive well)

Ability Level: Beginner (must have knowledge of all four competitive strokes and ability to swim 100 yards w/o stopping) to advanced swimmers. The camp is designed for competitive swimmers.

Housing: Campers will stay at Naismith Hall and will have 24-hour supervision by camp staff. Meals will be provided at Naismith Hall.

Staff:
The 2014 Jayhawk Swim Camp will be directed by University of Kansas Head Swimming Coach Clark Campbell. Also providing coaching and instruction will be KU Assistant Swim Coach Jen Fox, in addition to guest coaches as well as current and former KU Swimmers.

7:00 AM  Wake Up and Breakfast
8:15 AM  Stroke Talk
9:00 AM  In-Water Session (Training or Technique)
11:30 AM  Lunch
12:30 PM  Rest and Relax
2:00 PM  Performance Talk
2:45 PM  Dryland Training
3:00 PM  In-Water Session (Opposite of AM)
5:00 PM  Dinner
7:00 PM  In-Water Session (Starts/Turns, Fun Activity)
